Who doesn't aspire to posses hold of more quarter of happiness & positivity and less quarter of downfalls and negativity . The possible two ways carried out by most to achieve the above stated are - wishes and dreams . Sounds absurd , but how many of us have tried to gain more happiness by actully doing something ?
All we want somehow is to be merry . Without any effort . Without any initiative .

1 Try maintaining a journal . List out your daily activities . Try to make an entry for all the things that made you smile .
2 Ensure that you carry out one of your hobbies in a daily routine . Doing what you feel happy doing , reunites you with your inner self . Bringing you peace .
3 Help others . Little we realise that helping others bring a whole new sense of happiness and joy .
